Have a look at the 4th year UCD Landscape Architecture project! Working with TURAS SME Dermot Foley, the students were challenged to use forestry material and techniques and to illustrate how these techniques can be used to create unique spatial outcomes and experience for residents and visitors to Pelletstown. The time scale for the project is 21 years, after which the project will no longer exist, or will have been modified considerably to allow for building development. The project was later exhibited at the Royal Canal Community Centre in Pelletstown, where it was officially launched by the Irish Minister for Transport, Leo Varadkar, TD.
